You retain full copyright in your work at all times. Submitting material to Northbridge Motion LLC does not transfer, assign or license any rights in it.

We do not share your manuscript, synopsis or materials with any third party without your prior consent. Where you authorise us to approach the market on your behalf, we share only what is necessary for that introduction and we tell you who has received it.

Submissions are treated as confidential business information. Access is limited to the members of our team working on your project. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information or your creative material.

We keep enquiry records and correspondence for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete your submission and personal data at any time and we will do so unless we are required to retain it by law.

This website uses only the cookies necessary for it to function and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics that help us understand which pages are useful. We do not use advertising trackers or sell audience data.
